Refund Policy

Items purchased between Nov. 20th - Dec. 24th are eligible for an extended return, refund or exchange until Jan. 17th as long as the items meet the same conditions and restrictions of the regular Return Policy. 

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy to give you peace of mind and time to decide.

You may return eligible items within 15 days of purchase or delivery if you’re not completely satisfied.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • In-stock, non-altered (no engraving or sizing)
  • In original, unworn condition
  • Returned with original packaging and any certificates

Not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed, Special Orders, Engraved, or Altered Items
  • Items discounted 40% or more
  • Items showing any signs of wear or damage

You may exchange qualifying items within 30 days of purchase for:

  • Another in-store item, or
  • Store credit

Exchange items must also meet the same return condition requirements (original packaging, unworn, unaltered).
